Continuous Beeping Sound From Cpu and No Display on Monitor

Hey guys, my computer won't display anything on the monitor and just has a continuous beep sound.
This happened just after when Windows for some reason says Windows Startup error and I forced shut down the computer when the message popped up and now it's not even displaying anything on the monitor.
I tried literally everything you could think -
Switching/replacing RAM
Tried to reset CMOS
Booting up computer without RAM
Take out every part and replacing it
Replacing HDMI
Changing GPU
But I think it's the CPU problem, I'm not a 100% sure though and I don't want to waste money then it doesn't work still
Help? Thanks.
Specs:
Windows 10 64-bit
AMD A10-7800K
External graphics card AMD RADEON R5 235 2gb
3 TB HD

that beep sound is code for some error. check your motherboard manual for beep error code. that's how you take next step

I've searched it up but it's something to do with CPU or something. I don't want to spend money on the motherboard then it still doesn't work and
I cannot replace my mobo as the hard drive has important files and documents. I'm just looking for possible solutions

And your data is safe on HDD. if you are lucky windows will boot without any issues on hardware change.
i did a complete change of hardware and windows booted without issues

It's just a shitty ACER TC-220 computer with DAA78L/Kara_MB motherboard

Yea you can stop answering now as in a couple of hours i'll do a CPU swap but thanks for your help!
